We were combing two households with this move. I was incredibly nervous about moving an 5 bedroom home with a few very large heavy items and my partner’s 3 bedroom townhome. I called a company before Bills and was told they couldn’t move my children’s swingset or trampoline. I called Bill’s and from my first call with Tom he was nothing but reassuring and confident that they could move all my items with no issues. I also only gave them 2 days notice. The day of the move I was anxious and worried, it was very cold out and there was a ton of snow outside. When the crew arrived Tyrone assured me that him and his team had the experience and know how to pull off my move. They showed up early with smiles and light hearted attitudes which completely changed my mood and made the move anxiety melt away. This group of men worked their butts off with a smile and were incredibly friendly and helpful. No request seemed to inconvenience them. The moved my swingset into the exact place I wanted while battling about 6 inches of snow. They placed all of boxes into the correct rooms and nothing was damaged. After they unloaded my house they went directly to my partner’s townhome and loaded up everything. They easily maneuvered a two household move in less than 8hours! If I ever have moving needs again Bill’s will be my first call!
