    They are very rough on your furniture, they messed up a wall in our previous house, plus a bunch of other scrapes on walls. They did say they were going to fix the place in previous house. They also punched a hole in the back of a piece of furniture, but wasn't going to reimburse us for that. No I would not recommend them. I did have a 500 deductible, but the piece that got ruined was a 900 dollar piece of furniture. I should have got back at least 400 dollars. I GOT NOTHING

    Shetler has always been priced reasonably, gets someone out quickly, and cares for everything. This last couple of people they sent out cared for everything and were polite. Thank you Shetler.

    Just completed our move from Southern Indiana to Northeast Alabama. Everyone was so helpful and patient especially Becky. Joe our driver was friendly , polite, and efficient. Hats off to the whole crew!

    Unbelievably bad experience. Lost 14 (that’s right 14!) boxes of my possessions! Crew on the receiving end weren’t professional movers—they were vagrants hired on the cheap. One had a herniated disc and laid on the floor moaning every 5 minutes. One asked me if I had any meds to help with some pain he was having! I called the company bright and early the next morning and complained. Called and emailed multiple times. Their response was: the paperwork (that THEY filled out) didn’t support the missing items. The delivery sheet on which I checked off the numbered boxes as the came in (to my garage because the guys the hired weren’t physically capable of unloading them into the proper rooms in my house!) clearly showed 14 boxes missing and not checked off. Could not get a return call from the guy in charge even after multiple tries. Ended up they gave me a little over $500 for 14 boxes of clothes, kitchen utensils, drapes, tools and most important, family pictures! Do not use this company unless you want to lose some of your most precious items and then be ignored or disrespected afterwards. And I’m being kind by saying they were “lost”. Clearly there is an alternative explanation possible. I would give them negative stars if I could!
