Not a fan of this company at all. They showed complete disregard for our home—leaving mud and grease everywhere, ignoring directions, and failing to communicate. They even used our bathroom and left it a mess. On top of that, they helped themselves to items from our refrigerator without asking. On day one, they didn’t properly introduce themselves or take the time to listen to my directions. Instead, they immediately asked me to go get them coffee. I agreed because I wanted the move to go smoothly, but that opened the door to them expecting it every single day afterward, which was completely inappropriate. When they took lunch breaks, they left their trash and messes all over my house—even after I repeatedly told them I still had to live there through the following Monday. It showed total disregard and lack of respect. The move took far longer than it should have, with constant breaks. George and his nephew did a poor job overall. We were under the impression the truck was dedicated to our move, but it appeared to have items from multiple homes. Nothing was properly labeled—items were just shoved into boxes without care. George, who seemed to be in charge, spent most of the time outside and didn’t properly direct his nephew on how to pack. They missed large portions of our kitchen, left items behind in cabinets and drawers, and packed things that weren’t supposed to be taken. On top of everything else, they showed up whenever they felt like it—never calling or texting ahead of time. On the last day, I clearly told them I wouldn’t be home until 8:40 and that I wouldn’t be letting them in before then. Despite that, they arrived an hour early, tried to open the door, and then sat in their truck waiting for me to get back. Delivery was just as bad. Our items were scheduled to arrive on the 22nd at 7:00 a.m., but they showed up an hour and a half late with no communication until the last minute, claiming the truck was blocked at a hotel. When they finally arrived, they were unloading items that didn’t even belong to us and repeatedly asked if random items were ours, showing a complete lack of organization and attention to detail. At the end of the move, George rushed through paperwork without explaining anything and had me sign forms stating there was no damage. That is completely unacceptable—those forms should be signed after everything is properly unpacked and inspected, not when items are carelessly shoved into a trailer and left. I also reported these issues daily to the person overseeing the move, but my concerns clearly went nowhere. The same problems continued day after day, including on the final day, with no improvement. I never heard from a dispatcher or manager—only a middle point of contact who barely communicated despite saying they would check in regularly. In total, I only heard from them two or three times, and that was only because I reached out first. To be honest, the only reason we went with this company was because we were relocating from another state and my husband’s company covered the move. Otherwise, I would never have chosen them. If I ever move again, I would not use this company under any circumstances. I strongly recommend that if your relocation is being paid for, you find out exactly which company will be handling your move and do your research beforehand. On top of everything else, the truck they brought was parked in front of our house for three days because George didn’t want to haul it back and forth to our location each day—it was “inconvenient” for him to drive up and down the hills. As a result, the truck left huge oil spots on the street in front of our home, adding to the damage and mess they caused. Overall, the experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and careless. There was no apology or accountability. I fully expect to find damaged items when we unpack, given how everything was handled. This was, frankly, unacceptable behavior from start to finish. I do not recommend this company and will be following up with a detailed claim for the damages caused.

They blocked my garage all day. Next time, maybe check with the person you block.

We used them as part of our international move from Michigan to Istanbul and loved working with Danna Sellie. She was great, kept us informed of all steps, costs, delays and timeliness. She is very responsive and prompt.

We moved across country from the west to the east. The Atlas company in the west did a great job preparing us, coordinating, and getting us ready. The packers were a little rushed and were a little sloppy in packing, but we had very little breakage. The trailer arrived about when they said it would and the receiving end held the trailer for us until our remodel was done. The cost was about 1/4 less than projected, a nice surprise!
