They showed up on time and did the job in about 2 hours under what they estimated. So that was refreshing: a final bill that was less than the estimate. I did move some items the day before, which likely resulted in the lower move time. But, still, it was a pleasant surprise. They were quick to return my phone calls and even followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend Berna if you're moving. If my family moves again, Berna will be first on my list to call.
