  Rented the game truck for my son’s birthday today and I had a wonderful experience. The truck is clean, fun and innovative and the owner is great! With a wonderful sense of humor, he did great business with us. We were so pleased with our experience 😊 would definitely use them for the future.

  *BEWARE* I went and booked this company on Jan. 2nd after finding them on Groupon. Before buying the Groupon I called and talked to the owner Bob to make sure they came out to my area. He said yes and asked me to book on their site and bypass Groupon but would give me their pricing. I did that and booked for Feb. 20th for my son's 11th bday. Paid a $74.75 depoist. I had to click a box stating no refunds to do that. Received an email stating the booking along with a contract agreement to sign. I didn't sign the contract since pricing was listed wrong on it. Only thing showing the agreed upon pricing was my comment I added when booking stating as such. I figured I would get an updated contract to sign. Jan. 25th arrives with no word so I emailed asking status and mentioned that I didn't pay the balance since the incorrect pricing was still shown. Even included screenshots of Groupon's pricing i took on the 2nd. A few days passed with no response. I tried calling but it rang and rang with no answer or voicemail. On Feb. 5th I emailed stating I'm canceling since I heard nothing and needed a plan b for the party to send out invites for the kids. The next day Bob calls my wife to say there would be no refund, only raincheck since I clicked the box. She told him we heard nothing back from multiple attempts to reach him and had to move to plan b for the party. Bob's assistant Michelle started emailing the same. I emailed Michelle back and even called Bob (which now he answers) and stated everything and how we heard nothing and didn't know if the booking was still going. He asked me why I wouldn't think so. I said simply, " I tried contacting multiple times and heard nothing back from you!" He still stated he would not give a refund but a raincheck. I told him that was unacceptable and he even told me go ahead and take him to small claims court. I told him i was contacting my bank and Groupon and how Groupon would probably not like being cut out from him. Again, said go ahead. I also noticed on his website under FAQ it stated full refunds would be given before 8 days of event. I was more than 2 weeks out when i sent the cancel email. I screenshot that and sent it to him. He thanked me for pointing out his old policy and even changed his website after. I have contacted Groupon and Better Business Bureau with extensive details and screenshots of everything.

  The game truck came for my son's 10th birthday party and the kids loved it! Bob is so personable and friendly. Everyone found games they were excited to play and discovered new ones. It was a hit and a really cool idea for a party!

  Customer service was great and the boys loved playing games together. Thirteen 12-13 year olds all playing together for a birthday party.

  We rented the mobile gaming theater for my son's 10th birthday. He and 12 of his buddies had an absolute blast!! Bob was very professional, showed up on time and had great communication. I would highly recommend. An additional bonus was to have 2 hours of down time while the kids were playing to be able to have a few cold ones and get to know the other kids parents!
