  I think they need to educate their employees! Military ID is more than sufficient for a federal ID to travel - sent back to counter to wait in line I mean how close is this airport to a military base !

  Sending a BIG shout out to the crew at MidAmerica who cleaned the parking lot AND cars after the recent snow. My 85 year old father had come for a visit to Florida - without his winter coat or gloves. He is a man I've never known to worry about anything and yet he was worried about being able to get into his car since it was covered with a foot of snow. When he landed, he called from the parking lot with a smile in his voice. Some team somewhere had not only cleared the parking lot, but they had cleaned off the cars there as well. What a great service you all offered and what a hassle you saved him from. THANK YOU. --- also, the week before, I flew in and out of the same airport with on time flights and great ease. All in all, both experiences were great, but where else have you heard of someone cleaning snow off of the cars while plowing the parking lot.. Nice customer service for sure.

  I'd like to extend appreciation for Lisa Duncan at MidAmerica Airport. During a recent visit amid a heavy winter snowstorm, Lisa went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother, ensuring she safely found her way into her Uber despite the challenging conditions. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier for our family and reflected exceptionally well on MidAmerica Airport.
