  Stay FAR AWAY from this company, unless you want thieves working for you!!! They helped my mom move, kept one of her wall pictures she's had from my late aunt. We have text messages of him claiming he has it. Now, he's ignoring all her calls and text. I called and he hung up. They are very far from professional and nothing but thieves!! If I can give them 0 stars, I would.

  They damaged a lot of my things and even stole things. Have before and after photos. Representative refuses to acknowledge nor reimburse. Will proceed with legal action. See all the negative reviews here and note that this is a common issue with damages etc and no action on reimbursement with this company till this day. I demand they shut down and will seek legal action that they will be!

  Do not use this company. They broke one of the legs on my t.v. My t.v doesnt even work now. Also they disconnected everything from my TV which I hooked up for no reason. They could have left it as is but they disconnected everything I plugged in to it. I even supplied the tv packing box and they broke it!!!!! Also despite checking their truck after the move and saw it was empty the movers stole a lot of my things. Mover complained my couch and trash can was too heavy. When they arrived I sat waiting outside and they sat in the truck. I waved at them and they waved back. After a while someone at this company calls tells me they are outside I said I know I am staring at them and he calls them. The guy tells me that he didnt know he thought I was a stranger being nice. I said cut it out. Also they moved very slowly. Told me I had to leave stuff since it couldnt all fit in their truck. They send me a small truck too...etc etc.

  Damaged my furniture, ignored every attempt to resolve it All Seasons Movers damaged my TV entertainment center during my October 29, 2025 move. Their crew acknowledged the damage at delivery and told me to submit photos. I did exactly that. Since then: THREE emails over nearly two months. Zero responses. Complete radio silence. I sent a formal demand letter on November 20, 2025 requesting acknowledgment within 5 business days per their own Terms and Conditions. Nothing. I have timestamped photos, signed Bill of Lading documenting the damage, and every email I sent. They simply refuse to respond. If you're considering this company: be aware that if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. They have no interest in honoring their damage claims process. Considering Filing complaints with Illinois Commerce Commission and proceeding to small claims court.

  DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY. By far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers are highly unprofessional, improperly trained & the management is even worse. I had a two part move over the course of two months. The first movers broke furniture by improperly storing a dresser upside down & then piled boxes on it. The second movers were late, took over 30 minutes to drive two blocks down. The second move we used three guys, only two of them did anything; the third was hardly ever seen doing any work & used random boxes from the loading dock to wrap items that were already wrapped. Eventually more stuff got broken from mishandling, they got wood splinters & dirt embedded in a white couch. They tried to take the couch for cleaning? The worst part of this whole move has been the lack of response from management to resolve the broken items & cleaning of the couch. I’ve called & emailed. They changed their email, constantly tell me that Jamie or Sam will call me back when I actually get someone on the phone and their voicemail is full. I moved over a month ago & this issue is still on going. I spent over $1000 & they caused half that in damages & refuse to resolve this. So if you value a company with integrity or professionalism and don’t want your stuff broken or damaged, DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY.
