If you refuse to pay the extra, triple what you agreed upon originally, they will not deliver your stuff and hold it hostage at their warehouse. They won't refund the money they already charged you and refuse to complete the move without cash.
- WSwendy suldaFeb 9, 20264.0They were fast and did an amazing job. The quote was right on. They came in wrapped what needed to be wrapped . They quickly loaded truck and just as quickly unloaded it. My only issue was one of them broke a lamp in my child's room when packing up his room and did not tell me. So after they had unloaded and left I did a sweep of the old house and found it stuffed in a basket. Again not a big deal but it would have been nice to know before they left.
