- KSKapil SachdevaSep 29, 20252.0MK movers "moved" items out of our basement earlier this year for a remodel. They messed up in so many ways. They were asked to move a fridge upstairs (we had no problem having it delivered downstairs). They got the fridge to the basement door and proceeded to bang it into the door and wall leaving the door full of marks and dings (see pic). This cost money to fix. Then another mishap: they tried to move a treadmill, proceeding to strip the bolts so badly that ABT had to come out afterwards 5 TIMES and finally had to saw off the bolts. This was even more money to fix. Needless to say, they were unable to do the job. Not only that, they screwed up the job and caused damages that cost us an extra $500 to fix. I sent an email prior to posting this review to give them a chance to rectify this situation and have not received a reply after a week. Hence this review.

I am so glad we did because MK made our move much easier and likely saved us money compared to Two Men. Mitch, the owner, guided us through the moving process and made everything seamless. They even disassembled and reassembled our bed, which we were not looking forward to doing ourselves. MK Movers also offers packing and other services at a very fair price. The crew was thorough, careful with our belongings, professional, and courteous. I am really glad we chose them and would definitely recommend them.
