  The worst moving experience I have ever had (and I have had many): The list of failures is staggering: Items were broken, scratched, crushed, or smashed. Boxes were mislabeled to the point of being meaningless. Parts are missing from furniture and other belongings. Multiple lamps and shelves cannot be put back together. A $300 wall clock from Pottery Barn had the hands removed, and the clock mechanism was broken in the process, rendering the clock useless. Entire items cannot be located. My bed sheets and towels were used as packing material. Salt and pepper shakers were packed inside a box labeled “TOOLS.” (One example of our inability to find anything, and packers just throwing items into anything they could find.) The truck arrived half-loaded already, leaving insufficient room for our belongings. As a result, items were removed from their original boxes (think Apple products packed in their original packing), items were taken apart, forced in, and crushed together with other items. Our hanging clothes were placed in flat boxes, instead of wardrobe boxes. Folded clothes were taken out of drawers and thrown into boxes. Our coffee maker was thrown in the laundry basket. We had to buy a new mattress because they folded my son's twin mattress into thirds. My expensive decorative tree was smashed down to a stick. Tools and pictures were packed together. Custom Pelican Case foam was shoved in a wicker outdoor table. Car windshield shades were folded in half. A box of my personal effects was thrown in a box marked "garga toils" - along with some oatmeal. The children's beds were improperly put together, which is incredibly unsafe and a HUGE liability. We were not aware of this until, again, our PROFESSIONAL movers pointed it out to us - that screws were missing and/or stripped. We had to use reinforcement measures when we reassembled the beds in our new home. This company and everyone they partner with are only concerned about getting as much money as possible from your employer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELLISH COMPANY.

  I had a friend who was moving from a townhome to a house. They were going to move themselves and had a deadline to be out of the old property. As they were packing and getting ready they realized they were overwhelmed with the amount of furniture and boxes and realized they would never make in time. They called some other movers but with short notice they were all booked. She then called Ace Relocation and Brent Garret came to the townhouse. He gave them a fair price and on short notice had a crew there who were great and got the job done. Thanks Brent and Ace. A job well done!

  We just relocated from San Antonio, TX to St Louis, Mo. This is our 4th relocation in the last 8 years. So far this is the worst packing we have ever had, everything was just thrown into boxes... the art pieces we had were not even wrapped in cushion pad. A lot of things broken and so far... nothing makes sense in the boxes... like there is a box that says kitchen... but you find toys just thrown in there together with home decor.
