  These guys are decent, but inconsistent. I’ve had rentals go smoothly before, but this last time they were unable to provide me the truck for my scheduled rental, and when they did get me rescheduled, they sent me out the door with a hitch reducer that was incompatible with the hitch. Thankfully I wasn’t too far away when I found this out. Be prepared to double check what they send you out the door with if you are towing anything of consequence.

  Kyle was fantastic! His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Super friendly and easy to work with — I’d definitely rent from him again!
