  BEWARE - they deliver vehicles with existing damage and dont mark it down, always walk around the vehicle with the driver who drops it off and make sure he takes photos of the pre existing damage, DO NOT SIGN THE TABELT UNTIL THEY SHOW YOU THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN, our company have been charged countless times for damage we didnt do luckily we had videos of the vehicles from when they were delivered but its still a pain to fight the claims. They will also deliver vehicles with 1/4 tank of fuel but the paperwork they want you to sign will say delivered with "100% tank" make sure you get them to amend this or you will be charged for not returning with a full tank. Our company have used Enterprise for 10 years and in all that time they have been perfect, this branch however is ran as cowboy offshoot - USE A DIFFERENT BRANCH!

  Dreadful experience hiring HGV's with this branch. The lorries are consistently delivered in an unacceptable condition, dirty inside and out, windscreens and mirrors dangerously dirty, fuel levels well below a quarter of a tank, adblue empty. They collect vehicles for PMI which leave our site with a full tank of fuel yet always return nearly empty. Vehicles were delivered only to be collected a week later because they need an MOT or PMI, we are always contacted at short notice and the vehicles leave with a full tank (very costly when it's a tractor unit with a 500L tank). A substitute vehicle is provided while work is carried out but, yet again it is always delivered with practically no fuel and collected at short notice and so they get a full tank off us. The service fell far below what I would expect from Enterprise. When speaking to Paul the brach manager he was very dismissive and rude, the only good experience I have are the helpful and polite drivers who deliver the vehicles. Due to the poor vehicle preparation, lack of customer service and disregard for customers time and fuel costs, I advise again fleet operators using this branch. We use other Enterprise branches who routinely provide fantastic service, this branch however seriously needs an audit.

  Husband showed up to get a van and the staff were rude saying "not until 7:30 you're not." And left him stood outside in the rain rather than letting him at least stand inside.

  Very poor and unprofessional customer service. The communication between the maintenance team and the main office is unbelievably a shambles. I was promised two different days to pick up my Van in their repair shop, drove all the way from up North just to be told that it’s not ready! What a mess that noone seems to know anything but pass on the blame to somebody else!

  I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful... however the vehicles are good quality and clean
