  I will never ride in another victory cab ever again they care nothing about your safety I was riding in a Victory Cab on March 26 2025 and the cab driver who old sick and he told me after I got in the car and we were talking he told me he couldn’t hear good I had to talk real loud for him to hear me first of all we got into a accident where the taxi driver hit a car and didn’t stop when hit the car right then my back start to hurt and ask him did he hit the car and he said that the car back fired wrong he hit the car, the cab driver didn’t stop didn’t make a police report a nothing he wasn’t concern about me at all and I call the company and explain to her what happen she showed no concern matter affects lied and said he the cab driver made a police report long story short I contact a attorney to file a law suit I been going back pain every since by not having a police report I have case so let me inform anyone that rides in Victory Cab please be cautious because this cab company does not care about their passengers life’s the anybody drive there cabs please ride at your in risk and you ever be in a accident in Victory Cab please whatever you get a police report because the owner of this cab company is liar and don’t care about the passengers that keeps her in business.

  The owner would put more cabs on the road than there was business for constantly. Drivers working 80 hours plus a week struggling to pay their bill so that the owner could stay wealthy. When the son took over it was much better because he act like he actually cared a little bit about human beings - too bad they couldn't stay in business against rideshare.. the drivers tried to tell them what was coming and they ignored. They did not see the writing on the wall nor did they want to change.

  I wouldn't ever choose to use this service again!!! Because it's a rip-off!!!!I took a round trip to the store up the street from my house and they charged me $16 and when I use other services it's only $8.50...When I inquired about why they were charging me that much I was told it was because they needed to make more money off of their trips.... It's wrong to charge your customers double the fare...The owner replied to my review stating that they had been closed for months but I used the service less than a month ago and I stand by what I said...

  I broke down on my weight my sister-in-law's house and they picked me up and took me to the shop my car was being repaired at and brought me back to my sister In laws apartment. The car was clean, dispatched out to me right away. The driver was polite and I felt safe the whole time! Definitely reccomend!
