The guys took great care with every item and placed all the furniture to her exact specifications. Thank you, Trading Post for the extra care and effort you put into the move. I highly recommend.
- AVArielle VannetteSep 14, 20221.0I recently PCS'd from Georgia to Michigan and would never recommend this moving company to anyone. Packing was supposed to take 1 day but took 2, which delayed a trip I was supposed to take. Secondly, the movers arrived late on both days without contacting me or letting me know ahead of time. On both of those days they worked later than expected (until almost 8pm), which interfered with errands I needed to run. When my household items arrived in Michigan, I was somehow missing 3 boxes. One of which conveniently had all of my jewelry in it. My stuff was packed into large, wooden crates that were sealed before they left my house - so, it seemed odd that 3 boxes were somehow missing. Moreover, I didn't find the workers very professional when working at my house. One worker arrived at my house and immediately got upset that the washer and dryer weren't unplugged and they consistently used profanities around my toddler (unfortunately I didn't have childcare at the time).

Rachel was professional and very helpful with information and answering all my questions. The guys who moved us were professional and moved everything in a timely matter, packaged well, nothing was broken, scratched, or dented. Definitely recommend these movers and will use them in the future again.
