Had I not done most of the packing, it would have taken them double the allotted time due to their lack of time spent in the home. At delivery, one of our valuable items was damaged. And they only set up 1 of the bedroom sets, leaving my husband and I to set up the other 3 bedroom’s furniture. They also placed items in the wrong room despite being told where they go, and shoved things in random boxes with no real labeling. There was also a lack of communication until I called and called until someone finally answered me. I was deeply disappointed in their services and would not recommend them. In this case 3 stars is incredibly generous of a rating.
