The office set my move up with clear & detailed timelines, up to the minute tracking of arrival of the crew, and followup availability for questions. The crew was fun to work with, very respectful, asked questions and moved my belongings as if they were their own personal items. All my items arrived safe and without damage. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They took great care to wrap walls with paper and lined the pathways with carpet pads to avoid denting walls and scratching floors. They were friendly, worked hard and fast. I was impressed how quickly they managed to pack the truck and that nothing was damaged. Equally impressive was how they managed to fit it all in my storage unit. I thought for sure I was going to have to rent another unit but they proved me wrong. Their pricing is fair and their customer service is amazing. I will be calling on Shetman & his crew for my next move which is right around the corner and all my future moves!

Benny is an amazing employee, you are blessed to have him on your staff. He handled everything in a professional and timely way. He kept in good communication with us during the process. I cannot even begin to mention all the ways he went above and beyond. And while he was handling all the administrative issues, he was also adroitly directing Shamar and Max to keep everything moving quickly. All three of these gentlemen were polite and mannerly in all their dealings with us, and extremely hard working. It was an expensive move, but worth it to have the experience we did. By the way, this is the second time we have used your company, and the first move was just like this one...perfect! I hope we never move again, but if we do, I hope we can find a company just like Jason Taylor in our area.
