  Matt, Jerome, Leonard with Big Man Movers did a fantastic job. They were the most professional movers I’ve ever had. They arrived on time had all the supplies protected all my furniture moved in a timely manner set up my beds and all the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I can’t believe what a job they did fantastic move.

  I am very satisfied with my moving experience from Florida to North Carolina. Big Man Movers did a fantastic job! Leonard and his crews in Florida (loading) and North Carolina (unloading) were very efficient, friendly, respectful and professional. Andrew did a great job organizing and putting it all together. A BIG thank you to all involved in making our move (two households) a success!!

  We had an amazing experience with Big Man movers out of Kissimmee/Orlando area! We hired them to move TWO households at same time from FL to NC. Not only was every single team member kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful, but they bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly for us. They were punctual—even arrived early on move-in day—and worked seamlessly together as a team on both ends. It was clear they were experienced and knew how to making sure everything was handled carefully. Not a single item was broken or damaged, and they made sure everything was connected and working before leaving. Highly recommend them - you can’t ask for better movers!

  I WON’T recommend this company. I’ll give them two stars because one of the owners I spoke to on the phone was completely unprofessional. However, the crew who helped me move were amazing. I booked them to help me pack and move my belongings. On the morning of the move, the crew was told they could only help me move, not pack. I immediately called the owner to resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution, he started blaming me for the misunderstanding. There was clear evidence in the quote video that I had specifically requested packing services. The whole entire time I had always in mind I was very clear I wanted people to help me package. I was very weak that day, sick and exhausted. I couldn’t handle the owner yelling at me and blaming me for something that was clearly not my fault. What kind of service and hospitality do you give to your customers if you can’t be calm and professional? The owner’s poor professionalism was unacceptable. If the service was going to be more expensive, I would have been willing to pay. However, this owner needs to find better ways to manage his emotions and communicate with his customers. Do better!!
