  Easy to use. They showed up on time. Communication was clear. The driver was really friendly even though I was exhausted.

  The two drivers I had were excellent. Kevin and Catherine are both great drivers never did drive reckless. Obey the flow of traffic. Please give them a raise Plus both are very articulate!

  I used Alora Transportation for my wedding. They were communicative throughout the process and left no room for error. I do want to point out that my driver, Sam, did an exceptional job. While on the highway, a car nearby’s tire had blown out next to a semi truck. That semi truck had swerved into our lane, but Sam was so attentive to the road and prevented us from getting into what would’ve been a horrible accident. I would recommend this transportation company to anybody for whatever their needs are. Thank you guys!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. The point of car service is NO WAITING… We waited 30 minutes at the Tampa airport for a pre-planned, pre-paid trip. We would have had a better experience with a regular TNC. We waited way too long!!! We let him know we had arrived at 12:18. He did not arrive until 12:47 - 30 minutes after the time with excuse after excuse. First he was in the parking lot. The it was a 5-car pile up. I’m a strong NO on this service. But wait it gets worse when the main office calls back. He does not accept responsibility for making a mistake and states “we were on a recorded line,” of which I reminded him I know and had provided the actual address. Instead of an apology he curtly says, “are you being helped now.” And then hung up the phone. Beware- you have been warned!
