- ARAdrienne RaffApr 18, 20231.0This was my first time using this transportation company, Humana Gold Plus insurance / Motivcare transportation 4/17/23. Outsourced Angelet's Non-Emergency. I received a confirmation call on Friday at 5:15pm confirming my pickup time at 9:10am. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO PICK ME UP. I was waiting since 9am until 9:20am. I had to be at my doctor appointment at 9:50am in Hollywood only 20 minutes away. I had to drive myself and I had a big surgery for skin cancer. I called this co this morning and the rep couldn't do anything for me. Nor claims that they were very busy yesterday. What kind of answer is that? Someone should have called me back to let me know they couldn't pick me up and i would have tried to make other arrangements. NO ONE HAD THE RESPECT TO DO SO!!! 😡
