  I h8red this company 2 weeks ago for a move they raised my 1price after I paid $1,200 to $5,000 on delivery, they count boxes. I ask for a refund of this money but they want electric signature which my phone said they are a fraud so they will not let any info come through. If we have a patient against this company, I would like to add my name.

  I had an amazing experience speaking with Walter at America’s Family Moving and Storage! From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—honest. What really stood out to me was his transparency. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me avoid falling into a scam with another moving company that had a very similar name and was clearly trying to take advantage of people. That kind of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Even though I don’t live in Florida, I can confidently say that if I did, I would absolutely choose this company for my move. It’s clear they are dedicated to serving their local community with honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend reaching out to Walter if you want someone you can trust!

  I mistakenly reviewed this company thinking they were who I worked with moving from LA to PA. The company I thought I was reviewing was absolutely horrible and unfortunately shares a similar name with this team. Instead of meeting me with anger, this team graciously pointed out my mistake and tried to assist me in finding the correct company. While I haven't worked with this business to move any of my belongings, I have to give credit where credit is due, and their communication is 10/10! I can only imagine they treat their clients with just as much respect, if not more. Again, I've never used this business, but I'd gladly bet on them for a successful move with my belongings.

  This Broker business will quote you at a low price, and every step of the way add minimally 1k at a time. The moving company they assign you will most likely claim they cannot deliver to your address on the day of your delivery unless you pay for a shuttle service. In our case, the driver cleared the area for the truck, then hit a phone cable, fled the scene, and held our belongings hostage until we paid for a shuttle service. When we asked for a refund for a repayment of cubic feet not used (we were charged for 1089 cubic feet, but the moving company fit everything on a 15' Uhaul which holds MAX 764 cubic feet) as well as reimbursement for the Shuttle service we never agreed to, which was required due to negligence of the moving company, the refund was denied and we were told to file through movingclaims.net claiming "its not the Brokers fault", though they assigned the moving company. Do not use this service. I repeat do not use this service! They help you until your belongings are no longer in your hands, and then crickets. We are filing legal claims to have the entire brokerage investigated for negligence.

  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! I asked simply for a quote and they proceeded to call me 14 times in less than four hours! They didn’t leave voicemails for me, but instead filled my voicemail box with them carrying on conversations, because they didn’t hang up nor turn their headsets off. Once I was able to answer I informed the “sales” person in the other line that I would not be doing business with them, because of their harassing tactics. He proceeded to get very rude and talk to me like a toddler. After reading other reviews, that weren’t done by employees and their friends, I see they are known for their underhanded, misleading and deceptive tactics. Spend your money elsewhere and hire a company that has better morals and business practices.
