Pickup locations outside of the Grand Junction area are subject to travel fees. The reservation system does not automatically charge these fees at the time that an on-line booking is made. These fees will be added at the time the reservation is accepted by the reservation office.

We had to stop during our ride to get a bluetooth speaker ourselves. The driver was unfriendly and unenthusiastic. When I reported these issues to the company they didn't offer a refund or discount.
- SMshelby meierMay 25, 20211.0My husband and I ordered the 35 passenger limo bus for the night of our wedding for us and our wedding party and we received the executive shuttle bus by mistake. The executive bus was very nice, but it wasn’t what we were looking for. We weren’t able to play music through an aux cord. We just had a fuzzy radio with a few 80s rock songs come through the fuzzy signal the whole ride home. we paid $1,500 hoping to get the party bus experience and rather we were disappointed to get on a shuttle bus with fluorescent lights that put an incredible damper on the mood. Everyone kept asking me, “I thought this was supposed to be a party bus?”. I tried not to let this change the mood, but everyone was bored and exhausted by the end of the ride. It was disappointing to say the least. If I wanted a shuttle bus, me and the rest of the wedding party would have hopped on with the rest of our guests who were brought home on the shuttle buses we paid for. One of the most frustrating parts was emailing the company afterward wondering what happened and then not even getting a response or explanation. I called two weeks later and finally got a hold of someone. She was very nice and apologized many times. She said she could not compensate or change anything, but offered that we receive a discount if we ever use them again. Our wedding was a destination wedding so we don’t see this as making it “right”. I am a disappointed and unhappy customer.
