When our building decieded to do "elevator maintenance" in the middle of our move, at the last minute, Ali solutioned it perfectly, after taking my call after hours. He was always availalable. The movers were super friendly and courteous, clean and in uniform. They did everything we asked of them without complaint. They took their time and care disassembling and moving items, and placed them exactly where we requested. They were personable and professional.
