  They lost my gym equipment more likely was delivered at a different location someone was going to contacted me and never did I contact a female person over the phone she said she will work on the issue and contact the driver and that I was going to get a call back but they never did I had to call REP fitness (seller) myself to get help Is close to $3000 in merchandise please be careful with this delivery company.

  Booked them through freightquote since they were the cheapest option. Well, you get what you pay for. No show on the day of pickup, no calls or notifications either. Call the company and they tell me it was scheduled for the next day, no it wasn't... I had the BOL right in front of me and they were lying to my face. Next day the driver is trying to show up way too early while no one is present. Completely unorganized operation that I will never use again. Has caused me delays and financial setbacks because I chose the lowest cost option. Lesson learned!

  Horrible service. Their driver showed up way too early on Monday, then kept coming back everyday even though we had agreed on Friday. Then he tried scamming the customer with waiting time by waiting outside of our business without presenting himself. We had to ask him who he was and confirm he was there to pick up our order. After opening his truck and not having the package loaded up within 5 seconds, he closes his door and tells us that he has been waiting 40 minutes already and that we made him late to his appointments... then he takes the time to argue an extra 10 minutes with us as he left his truck in the middle of the road. All the meanwhile, we had everything ready to go. We stood there with our box in hand and crate ready to get lifted in as he drove off and then stopped in the middle of the street to get off and yell some more. For a guy who is running late, he had no problem spending 10 extra minutes arguing with us. Stick with a reliable broker like Globex.
