  I am currently unable to provide an endorsement for this organization due to several significant concerns. I have noted deficiencies in the management team's professionalism, transparency, pricing strategies, and recruitment of skilled personnel, as well as their communication practices. While the workers demonstrated politeness, they exhibited a lack of organization, proactive engagement in introductions, and effective mitigation of concerns. Furthermore, their planning skills appeared inefficient, language barrier ( spoke mostly punjabi), lack of introduction on arrival, inexperienced movers,and there were observed delays in project initiation, along with difficulties in docking and parking their vehicles. I contacted the head office to relay my concerns, but I did not receive a return call. They overcharged me at the conclusion of the move after I had already vacated the storage area. The workers, at the request of their supervisor, asked me to return and pay an additional $325. The workers themselves were polite and courteous. I had already paid $3500 for a 6-hour move, and they subsequently requested more funds. I have not received an invoice detailing the charges to this day. There was no follow-up from the service team to assess my satisfaction with the move. For these reasons, I cannot endorse or recommend this company.
