  I was happy with the services that I received from this company. They were able to support us on a tight deadline as another company had cancelled on me on the day of the move. This company saved my husband and I as they came to move us as scheduled. There were some delays with timing, but overall we were happy with the services that we received.

  I used RelyPro Moving to help with the delivery of leather recliners I had purchased. Both Ash and Alan were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. From my initial email inquiry to the completed delivery, the entire experience was handled professionally. They took great care with my furniture and made the process stress-free. I would definitely use RelyPro Moving again and highly recommend their services.

  My experience with Let's Get Moving was, without question, one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution. The sales representatives were exceptionally persuasive. They promised a premium, professional, "VIP" moving experience, assuring me that experienced movers would carefully handle my belongings, disassemble and reassemble furniture, and complete the move efficiently and professionally. Those assurances were a complete contradiction of what I actually experienced after paying the deposit. On moving day, two movers arrived who were inexperienced, unprepared, and lacking the urgency and professionalism I had been promised. They brought inadequate equipment, worked at an unreasonably slow pace, and spent an excessive amount of time talking instead of moving my belongings. Because the service is billed by the hour, I found this especially frustrating. What should have been a straightforward move for a two-bedroom apartment ended up taking 14 hours 8am -9pm where they charge me over $2000 which is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, several of my belongings and pieces of furniture were damaged during the move. Rather than demonstrating care and accountability, I was left feeling that the quality of service fell far below even basic professional standards. The experience did not improve after the move. When I attempted to contact customer service to address my concerns, I was unable to obtain meaningful assistance. My calls were not returned, and I felt my concerns were simply dismissed. Their reviews are FAKE. My experience was exhausting, costly, and deeply disappointing. I would never use Let's Get Moving again, nor would I recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a dependable moving company. Save yourself the stress, the expense, and the frustration—look elsewhere.

  Excellent moving service! The team arrived right on time, was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They paid attention to every detail, double-checked everything before leaving, and made sure all of our belongings were safely moved. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!

  These are the worst movers i’ve ever met or dealt with and i’ve moved many times. Showed up 1 hour late in a non branded, rental uhaul that was too small, gone now an additional 2.5 hours to “find a bigger uhaul” on my moving day. The manager Samuel is not helpful at all, he actually made the situation worse with his lack of ability to listen. He just loves the sound of his own voice too much. As a deal he said he wouldnt bill me for the delay - hilarious. Do not move with this company, theyre inconsistent, bad communicators and horribly managed. The movers are nice guys though, operations is just a mess. Not to mention of which, they changed my move date last minute under a week ago. I’m also losing my deposit.
