  Horrible experience. Never hire this company for your move. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had hired 4 movers and when the movers were supposed to be there I was notified that only 3 workers were available. They ended up starting later than expected and then an argument broke out between the workers and then the workers called the police. The incident took 2hrs and yet they had charged us for one of those hours. The police were given a rough description of one of the workers and then proceeded to question people in our neighbourhood if they were involved with the disturbance although they were not involved at all. One of the workers then had to be sent home and we ended up with just 2 workers for a 4 person job. Since they had fewer workers and had difficulty disassembling furniture and were inefficient (which is what caused the argument), they ended up working 13hrs and only left behind the large or bulkier furniture pieces that we had originally discussed had to be moved yet moved the smaller easier items. They also didn't have time to reassemble the furniture and claimed that some of the furniture couldn't be reassembled due to liability reasons. We ended up moving a bunch of the furniture and items ourselves without their help over multiple trips. Because they had fewer workers and had worked more hours, they ended charging us more than the initial quote by quite the margin. They also damanged our BBQ, door and door frame although we had told them that we could remove the door to move the larger items out. They said that the item was small enough to fit through the door, but they were wrong. I had reached out to the company about this complaint multiple times but they have never reached back to us or tried to give us any compensation. I was very reluctant to pay them but after a long 13hr day with police being called, we just wanted them out of the house.

  Our movers were great. I had some issues when it came to billing. Had to call and email multiple times to get my receipt. My credit card was also hacked within hours of giving them my billing information. I’m unsure if it was linked to them, but I haven’t been hacked in years, and the timing was very odd. I would use them again, but only pay in cash.

  Absolutely the worst Movers. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. The crew of two that showed up seemed to have little to no experience, which became obvious almost immediately. We had everything prepared in advance boxes packed, furniture taken apart, and ready to go and we even ended up helping them just to move things along. Despite not having a large amount of stuff, the entire process took over six hours, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of efficiency and professionalism was frustrating and disappointing. Based on the service I received, I honestly find it hard to believe that many of the positive reviews are genuine. My experience was far from what was advertised, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable move. I would give this zero stars if I could.

  Excellent experience with the Let's Get Moving team! Sahil and Gurkirat were super patient with some chaotic scheduling and made the move into my new place smooth and easy. They are the BEST!
