  I would not recommend this company. Potential customers should proceed with caution. They scheduled an arrival time of 730-830. They contacted me to confirm that they would arrive at 815. They then contacted me at 830 to say they had an "accident" and would send a new van to come for 930. They did not arrive until 11 (3 hours late). There was no communication from 930-11 and it was impossible to contact anyone at the company. I tried calling multiple times. There are multiple phone numbers for the company and they are not manned. At the end of the move the drivers informed me they didn't have a payment terminal in the van (they had "forgotten" it). As a result I could not pay by debit card and was made to pay by credit card or etransfer. The drivers then wouldn't leave the property until payment confirmation had been received and I had signed multiple forms. This practice would be very intimidating to some people. The movers themselves worked hard and moved things quickly. But the practices of the company itself (see above) raise red flags. If you look on reddit and search “let’s get moving” you will see others have had the same experience - severe delays, payment terminals being forgotten etc. I suspect many of the 5 star reviews provided are fake or paid for reviews (what real customer takes a picture of their mover next to the truck?).

  Our movers were great. I had some issues when it came to billing. Had to call and email multiple times to get my receipt. My credit card was also hacked within hours of giving them my billing information. I’m unsure if it was linked to them, but I haven’t been hacked in years, and the timing was very odd. I would use them again, but only pay in cash.

  Absolutely the worst Movers. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. The crew of two that showed up seemed to have little to no experience, which became obvious almost immediately. We had everything prepared in advance boxes packed, furniture taken apart, and ready to go and we even ended up helping them just to move things along. Despite not having a large amount of stuff, the entire process took over six hours, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of efficiency and professionalism was frustrating and disappointing. Based on the service I received, I honestly find it hard to believe that many of the positive reviews are genuine. My experience was far from what was advertised, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable move. I would give this zero stars if I could.

  Excellent experience with the Let's Get Moving team! Sahil and Gurkirat were super patient with some chaotic scheduling and made the move into my new place smooth and easy. They are the BEST!

  Danveer and his partner were so professional fast and neat with organization and packing. I was so impressed with the service that I vow now to not go with any other company, but this company for any moving jobs in the future they were pleasant, polite, fast they wrapped all of my fragile belongings And I really appreciate their service. It was a great move. I hear horror stories of people complaining about moving. This was one of the most pleasant moves!
