  My initial interaction with Priya was fantastic—she provided great, polite, and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, everything went downhill when I received a follow-up call from the representative providing the actual quote. When I politely let him know that the quote was over my budget and thanked him for his time, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally told me, "Don't be dumb, you're not going to get a better deal." When I asked him not to call me dumb, he laughed it off and tried to dismiss it. On top of that, he was quite difficult to understand and came across as completely disrespectful. Because of this representative's behavior, I will definitely not be using their services. Customer service matters, and being talked down to like that is unacceptable. I really hope you don’t employ more people like this person.
