  Planning a cross-country move is overwhelming. Michelle answered my call at MoveBuddy. I intended to only gather information. My confidence was restored and by the time we were finished the call, I was relaxed and educated. The quote for service was acceptable and I made the commitment. The customer service I received from Michelle was exceptional. She was respectful, knowledgeable and patient. I hope I get a chance to follow up with her once we are settled.
