  I had a very disappointing experience with Let's Get Moving and would not recommend their services. From the moment the crew arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. They didn't bring the wardrobe boxes that were included in our estimate, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Throughout the move, the movers were arguing amongst themselves, seemed distracted, and wasted a significant amount of time. They repeatedly forgot furniture that needed to be moved, and I had to remind them several times to go back and collect items they had left behind. To make matters worse, they damaged the wall in our new home while moving or assembling our bed, and after the move we realized one of our living room side tables was missing. This is completely unacceptable for a company that's supposed to handle your belongings with care. I've reached out to the company and am waiting to see how they resolve the missing item, property damage, and other concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Let's Get Moving. Moving is already stressful enough, you shouldn't have to worry about your movers making it even worse.

  Just used let’s get moving services today and I couldn’t recommend them enough! There were a few hiccups (not the movers fault, but the building itself) and the two men assigned to my job still did a fantastic job within two hours, even with elevator problems. Next time I move, I am 100% using this company
