  I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. Since my move, I have attempted to follow up numerous times regarding both my final invoice and damage caused to my unit during the move. Unfortunately, I have received little to no meaningful response. It is extremely disappointing that once the service was completed and payment was made, the level of customer service and accountability seemed to disappear. I also have serious concerns regarding the amount of time I was charged for. The movers took approximately one hour to load the truck, yet approximately two hours to unload it. During the unloading process, they repeatedly brought only a few items up at a time, which significantly extended the length of the move. I believe I was ultimately overcharged by approximately one hour. There was also a delay because the movers had to wait for a separate driver to arrive in order to move their truck. This was an operational issue on the company's end and contributed to my concerns about the overall efficiency of the move. For comparison, my previous move from St. Clair and Avenue involved significantly more belongings and was handled by another moving company much more professionally and efficiently. Despite having considerably more items to move, the difference in cost was only approximately $300. Based on that experience, I found the time and cost associated with this considerably smaller move very difficult to justify (this move was 5 minute travel distance). What concerns me most, however, is the company's response afterward. Damage was caused to my unit during the move, and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company regarding both the damage and my invoice. I have given them ample opportunity to address these concerns directly and professionally, yet I am still waiting for a meaningful resolution. Accidents can happen during a move, but accountability and customer service afterward matter. If the company continues to fail to address the damage caused during my move, I intend to pursue the appropriate legal avenues to recover the repair costs and any other related expenses I incur. I would have preferred to resolve everything directly with the company rather than escalate the situation. However, based on the inefficiency of the move, my concerns regarding being overcharged, the property damage, and the lack of meaningful communication or accountability afterward, I cannot recommend this company.

  Don't use these guys at all. They're incredibly unprofessional, don't listen to basic instructions and completely ignore what was discussed on the phone. I had asked for packers only and told them explicitly that bringing a truck would mean parking issues. Not only were they 3 HOURS late from the END time they said, they brought a goddamn truck. I told them to park on the street and pay for parking and that I'd cover it in my final bill. They didnt listen, got a freaking ticket and then charged me for it. DO NOT use these guys. They are unprofessional, scummy and no matter how nice you are, find a way to take more money out of you. P.s. They broke two of my glasses, before it even made it into the box.

  I used Let’s Get Moving, Markham for my move in April 2026. It was not a good experience. My belongings were left unattended for a lengthy period of time on my condo building’s loading dock and somehow some of my boxes were lost. I have given the company numerous chances to get back to me after I notified them ( numerous times)of the missing items. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME, not even a courtesy call requesting more details and zero offer for any compensation. I will never use this moving company again and I suggest if you like your stuff and want to see it again after moving day that you think twice before booking with this company.

  If i could rate this move more than five I would. This is my fifth move since 2020 and every time I’ve used Lets Get Moving. Kiyan and Nav were the utmost professional team. Calm, cool, and, collected. I very much appreciated the care they took with my things. If I ever move again, they’re my guys.
