    I booked Let's Get Moving for a 9:30 a.m. move at a retirement home, took half a day off work, and reserved the service elevator. The movers didn't arrive until 12:15 p.m. Despite several calls, I was repeatedly told they were "on their way." The manager promised a significant discount for the inconvenience, but it amounted to just $75. To make matters worse, they also tried to charge me an extra 3% for paying with Visa. Poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional service throughout. The only reason this isn't 0 stars is because the movers eventually completed the job. I would not recommend this company...ever!

    I want to be clear that the two gentlemen that did the actual move were awesome. They worked quickly and were very nice. The issue I have is with the company itself. My estimated move time was 2-4. I called them around 4:30 because I hadn't heard anything. They apologized and said sorry they will get to you at 6pm, the previous job took too long. 6:30 comds around and I call them again, same thing happened, new ETA is 7. I call again at 7:30 and they say "they are just around the bend, only a few minutes." Right after that, the actual gentleman doing the move lets me know he is about 42 minutes out. I call the office again to be told again they are sorry it will be after 8 but they are sending a third guy to help. No third guy ever came. They said I would be compensated, yet I still paid $455. l totally get if things are running behind schedule, but if they would have been transparent I would have gone and done things at the new place rather than having to sit around waiting wondering if they were ever going to show. Again, the movers were great but the company itself sucks!!! Don't use them.

    I cannot recommend this moving company highly enough. From the moment I booked the move until the last box was placed in my new home, the entire experience was professional, organized, and completely stress-free. The biggest reason for such an outstanding experience was Leon and Jarman. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They arrived on time, introduced themselves professionally, and immediately got to work with an incredible level of care and efficiency. It was obvious that they take great pride in what they do. Throughout the move, they handled every piece of furniture and every box as if it were their own. They took the time to carefully wrap and protect fragile items and navigated tight spaces. Their attention to detail and respect for my belongings gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their attitude. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Moving is often one of life’s most stressful experiences, but they kept a positive attitude all day, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a difficult day feel easy and well organized. They worked incredibly hard without ever cutting corners, and their teamwork was seamless. You could tell they have a great working relationship and know exactly how to get the job done efficiently. Despite the amount of work involved, they never complained and remained patient, respectful, and accommodating whenever I had questions or requested that certain items be placed in specific rooms. They went above and beyond my expectations and demonstrated outstanding customer service every step of the way. It is rare to come across people who combine professionalism, efficiency, care, and genuine kindness the way they did. They are a tremendous asset to this company, and they deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provide. If you’re looking for a moving company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend them. And if you’re fortunate enough to have this company as your movers, you can be confident that your belongings will be treated with the utmost care and that your move will be handled professionally from beginning to end. Thank you both for making what is usually a stressful experience an incredibly positive one. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

    I hired these guys to move from an apartment to my new house, and this was the biggest mistake i have done to hire them, as they are paid by the hour, they were stalling for time, they took 7 hours to move half of the stuff only I had to call my friends to come and help to move the other half I knew that they were stalling because i have seen them with my own eyes using their phones between each part they move They have moving tools to help make it faster , but they were moving it by themselves, i called their “supervisor “ and he told me that he will call them and push them but nothing change , and kept giving unjustified lame excuses to justify that and to escape any discount for inconvenience and delay Of course things wasn’t wrapped as it is shown in the pictures I am glad that I moved the sensitive things myself and de-assembled others the day before so it wont take further delay Worst experience ever, i wont recommend them to anyone If there is an option for zero star i would have given it

    This was a moving experience from hell!!!! I have moved to different countries and within Canada and Ontario and have never had one problem until I tried to move 6 items 108 klms with you. Your truck and crew arrived four hours late!! I had to call your office multiple times and leave many messages during those four hours before getting any response from someone at your company. The movers did not have any dollies to use so they had to hand carry everything. You do not treat your workers well and they lack experience. I felt sorry for the 2 young skinny lads that you sent. The truck driver was not nice to them. The truck driver kept trying to take items that were not part of the move. He successfully stole a chair that belonged to the apartment building. It was a chair that elderly people sit on while waiting for the elevator. The police helped me get the chair back. The truck inside was filthy and the blanket that my glass cabinet was wrapped in was dirty, ripped, and full of cigarettes burns. I have pictures and videos. Then once I finally had the glass cabinet in my house they did not unwrap the disgusting blanket and take it with them. When the moving truck arrived the driver demanded that I pay my bill on the spot or I could not have my dead father’s belongings!!!! I told him that I did not even have the final bill yet because the office did not know the charge of how long it would take for the truck to return to Waterloo. The driver got aggressive and it took 6 policemen to resolve the problem. I ended up paying $450.00 in cash to the driver. Then the next day you charged my credit card for more money without my permission. I had to cancel my credit card and thankfully the credit card company was able to refund my money. Furniture was also damaged. You have not heard the last from me. All you are a scamming, lying, cheating, despicable company and I will have you shut down.
