  They’re bad, I was surprised. They broke items in my home while moving like picture frames and my ring doorbell. After the move I had a bunch of glasses that were broken and my TV! I called customer service 3 times this week including emailing. They answer and say they’ll call back and don’t respond to emails. In the end the move took 3.5 hours and I was charged $866.

  Ive really been hoping I would not have to write a review like this but I have been given no other alternative. I moved on April 11th. The move was long and the guys were pleasant so no complaints. However, the customer service that I received before vs after is night and day. I was called the day before the move by Parsa. He reminded me that they are insured and if there are any damages to let him know. We moved into a brand new house and there were some damages to the wall as well as some of our furniture. I sent several emails asking how to rectify the situation and tried to call. The number on google seems to have been disconnected. I cannot get ahold of the company now that I have paid. I am so upset because I thought the move went fairly well but no follow through is very concerning.

  These folks moved our daughter to Tottenham today. They were excellent. Efficient and caring. They loaded up from a storage unit on Doane Rd, drove to Tottenham and unloaded in 4.5 hours. Well done

  Absolutely stellar service from Let's Get Moving. The movers on both ends were super friendly, considerate and got the jobs done so quickly. Our move hit a snag and we were left scrambling to rearrange our move-in date. Of all the things that went wrong with that day, the guys at Let's Get Moving really saved us - changing the booking at the last minute to suit the new date. It was really appreciated, and helped ease a really difficult situation.
