  They’re bad, I was surprised. They broke items in my home while moving like picture frames and my ring doorbell. After the move I had a bunch of glasses that were broken and my TV! I called customer service 3 times this week including emailing. They answer and say they’ll call back and don’t respond to emails. In the end the move took 3.5 hours and I was charged $866.

  Ive really been hoping I would not have to write a review like this but I have been given no other alternative. I moved on April 11th. The move was long and the guys were pleasant so no complaints. However, the customer service that I received before vs after is night and day. I was called the day before the move by Parsa. He reminded me that they are insured and if there are any damages to let him know. We moved into a brand new house and there were some damages to the wall as well as some of our furniture. I sent several emails asking how to rectify the situation and tried to call. The number on google seems to have been disconnected. I cannot get ahold of the company now that I have paid. I am so upset because I thought the move went fairly well but no follow through is very concerning.

  We decided to use Let's Get Moving Aurora just to pack up our fragile items in our kitchen and dining room. Our logic was that they were 'experts' and using them would safe-guard our most precious belongings. Unfortunately, it seems that they 3 men they sent were movers but not Packers. I had provided packing boxes, packing material, tape, etc. I can not explain what a terrible job they did, and we did not realize it until our container made it out to the west coast and we finally unpacked the boxes. They had literally tossed items together into the boxes, thrown some packing on top and taped up the boxes. They put our wine glasses on the bottom of a crate and put a stack of plates on top. I have been so upset it has takene this long to submit the review. We could have done a FAR better job using less materials and saving the cost of their 'labour'. While they may be good at moving, I would never use this company for packing. If they do have experienced Packers they certainly did not send them to us.

  3. Convenient Packing Supplies! The company provided packing supplies at a cost, but it was convenient and saved me time. The quality of the supplies was good, and it was worth the extra expense.
