  Hired this company for a move and it went badly from start to finish. Communication: Poor throughout. My wife received multiple calls late in the evening that were largely inaudible. Mumbled, hard to understand, no clear information conveyed. Bait and switch on staffing/price: We were quoted for a 2-person crew. On moving day, they showed up with 3 men and never mentioned a change. We only found out we'd be charged for the third mover after our belongings were already loaded onto the truck, at which point we had no real ability to say no. They called it a "discount," but we never agreed to a 3-person crew or the added cost. Damage: Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged during the move. The crew member they added at the last minute was clearly new, and was scolded multiple times by his coworkers for making mistakes. Unprofessional conduct: The crew repeatedly complained about the destination and about carrying furniture through the hallway, which is a normal part of moving and exactly the kind of work you hire movers to handle. Aftermath: When we raised these issues, instead of offering to fix or compensate for any of it, they offered us $100 to sign a form agreeing not to leave a negative review. We declined. Would not recommend. If you use them, get everything in writing before the truck is loaded.

  I was totally impressed with Jag and his partner, who moved my possessions. They were professional, friendly, quick and thorough. Best moving experience, ever! Would not hesitate to recommend this company and they will definitely be my first choice for my next move. Great job, guys!

  It was extremely horrible, they over charged us unprofessional people. They were as slow as a snail. Damaged pur products. I would NEVER Recommend anyone to these people. Please avoid. What they quote you is a fraction of what they charge HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

  Very slow and inefficient. Took them a lot longer as they took their time and didn’t send enough movers for the quote. They were throwing things on the ground and even after wrapping my couch it still was dirty and things scratched and broken. Poor handling. The truck they use has no ramp and just had a platform that u press a button to go up and wastes time. Also had to help myself and worked WAY harder than them cause they were so damn slow and it was costing me so much money. Will NEVER go with them again. Was $2k after 8 hours and they just dumped my stuff off at the lobby and had to car try the rest up. They are a scam and just want your money. Please don’t waste your money on them you will regret it. What a joke of a company. I’d give them 0 Stars if I could.
