  We made a move out of state. In order to do that, my items were carefully packed and taken to a warehouse where they were to be reloaded on a larger transport truck. This is where the problem started. Out of our view, our items were literally thrown in to this truck. Almost every piece of furniture (mostly antiques) arrived broken and damaged. Usually when items are packed, you put the heavier things on the bottom and the lighter things on top. Well, every box arrived upside down. Being upside down, liquids had spilled out ruining our books; not to mention that a lot of our smalls that were placed on top were broken. Unfortunately, if you are moving across country, I cannot recommend this company. If you are moving locally, I think they would be fine. They are also very nice people even though I had a bad result.

  Had a small calamity with our first moving company. North Star fixed it up quick! Thaaaank youuuu!

  Great experience. I worked with Jose T, Leeca H, Bryan A & Anthony Z - they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
