- JJJordan4 days ago5.0Our move date unfortunately fell on the recent rainy LA weekend but the Prodigy crew were absolutely fantastic. They made an extra effort to keep our belongings dry and keep our floors in both our old and new place as clean as possible. We had a bed frame we were leaving behind at our old place and asked if the crew wouldn't mind disassembling it. Not only did they disassemble it, but they organized and wrapped all the parts so they could be easily picked up by whoever takes it off our hands. This was our second time using Prodigy and it's been a great experience each time. Prices were fair and transparent, their office (Jose) checked in with us multiple times before and after our move, and the crews have always handled our belongings with care. They came recommended by multiple coworkers who have shared the same experience, we'll absolutely be using them again in the future!

They were prompt, very fast, polite, and very careful with all of our items and furniture. They helped get those items we hadn't been able to pack ready to go and were just top notch overall. Highly recommended! Working with Jose to get scheduled was super easy and straightforward!

Jose was my account manager, total professional, helpful, easy to contact and contacted me frequently as the move day approached. Herb was the foreman. He and his crew were great. Efficient, fast, consistent. We’ve used Prodigy before and will do again if we are ever back in California.
- EBElena BalshemOct 28, 20252.0One time I got a great crew. They worked hard, so two stars for that. The time I used them before I had a newborn baby and didn’t have time to supervise. We were moving into a storage unit and the movers took advantage of that. I had large backpacks that were filled with emergency supplies, earthquake supplies and some cash hidden in an inside pocket. The movers emptied the bags out and filled the bags with books to make them look full, they took everything in the bags (all other books were packed in boxes). Of course I didn’t know until after we moved the second time because everything was jam packed in storage. I felt very violated. My Martin guitar was in a hard case and when I opened that, the bottom of the guys was smashed (I assume the guys played it because no one was around). They scratched the top of the dresser. Never wrapped anything around it. I’m sure they felt not responsible since it all went into storage. I told the company. They were very sympathetic on the phone and said they were opening a case. No one ever did anything. Nothing happened. This was 5 years ago and I’m getting ready to move again and decided to post about it.
