  This is probably the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Although I was not a customer moving, my property boarders the property they were doing a move from The truck hit my fence and damaged it very badly, and not just a wood fence we have 3 feet of cement block with the fence on top of it. It is not just that they damaged the fence, it’s the fact that the driver never came and told us. It was the nice young couple moving out that took the time to come and talk to us and also gave us the pictures they took At first it looked like I was going to get some response, customer service did return my call and I sent the pictures, to two different people, they informed me the the Victoria branch was locally owned and they would send the pictures to them. I got one call from the local company, then nothing With numerous attempts to get someone, anyone, to reply to an email or text, I have still not gotten anything from this company, not even one reply that they have received any of my emails either from the corporate office or the Victoria branch I don’t care that the company is locally owned, it still has the name LETS GET MOVING

  Terrible experience with our move. Moved from 2 br condo to another (20 mins away). 4 guys involved, they started at 7:30 am , finished at 11 pm! Damages on the walls, lots of items broken and damaged. Movers complaining how heavy items were! On their phones while working. Lots of chatting with each other. No teamwork among them. Never again.

  Do not contact this company for a quote. They will spam you relentlessly, and send you invoices for services not rendered or approved. They have no idea how to create a reasonable quote and will charge you the difference based on the hourly rate.

  Moved from Victoria to Vancouver in one day. Let's Get Moving was a top notch experience. Quote was reasonable and they honoured it (no extra surprise charges). Let's be honest, moving can be stressful and every little thing can add to that stress. Well, Abdul and Gaurav showed up on time, were total professionals, hard working and incredibly respectful and polite. Nothing was damaged, everything put in it's place and care an attention was made to carefully wrap and package delicate items. I've had mediocre experiences with moving companies in the past but this one was by far the smoothest. They both worked their butts off and really seemed to care to do a great job. It was really refreshing. I will 100% recommend and use Let's Get Moving again (as long as I get Abdul and Gaurav!).
