  I recently had an excellent experience with Hansen’s Moving and Storage in moving half a houseful of furniture and one automobile from a house in Torrance to a senior apartment building in Bakersfield (about 130 miles). I wish to thank Jose, the warehouse manager, for his help in estimating the cost and scheduling the move. And I also wish to thank the two men , Chuy and Alexander, who carried out both ends of the move. Pick up in Torrance occurred on the first morning at the scheduled time and within the expected duration. The process went off without a hitch. Delivery at the Bakersfield apartment occurred the next morning at the scheduled time. Furniture and boxes were all placed in the 3rd floor apartment in the spots requested. Everything was delivered without any problems —- nothing missing and nothing damaged. Jose, Chuy and Alexander were all a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to use Hansen’s in the future.

  Quentin was fantastic from the start! He was very polite and extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. He was also very flexible with my schedule, which made the whole process so much easier. Ernesto and Alex were friendly, professional, and provided amazing moving services. They worked efficiently, handled my belongings with care, and made the entire move stress-free. I really appreciated their positive attitudes and great teamwork. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing moving help. Excellent service all around—thank you!

  I had an excellent experience with Hansen's from start to finish. The crew (Chuy, Will, and Alex) showed up on time, was professional, and took great care in packing all of my household goods. Every item—from large furniture to fragile pieces—was carefully wrapped, well-labeled, and handled with obvious attention to detail. They were super friendly and consistently had a cheerful, problem solving attitude figuring out how to pack the most difficult items. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, maintained a positive attitude throughout the day, and were respectful of my home and belongings. It was clear they took pride in doing the job right. I am also writing this review as I am unpacking at the other end of the move. I think I am more impressed now than I was when they did the packing. Nothing broken, nothing scratched, nothing banged up. I can truly recommend Hansen's without hesitation.

  I had a great experience with this moving company! Quentin was fantastic from the very beginning—he did an excellent job handling the reports and was super helpful with scheduling everything smoothly. On delivery day, the crew of Juan and Alex were outstanding. They were polite, friendly, and provided excellent, careful service the entire time. They worked efficiently and made the whole process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable moving/logistic company. Highly satisfied!

  Can not recommend this company more! We had the kitchen and several cabinet hutches packed by them as well as the whole house moved. They were patient, careful and did everything asked without hesitation. We had several guys as well as (Crystal who gave the initialed bid) who worked on the home they included Andrew,Jorge,Adrian,Drew,Gilbert, Juan and Sam. They all worked as a team and were truly so pleasant to be around. If we had to do it again(which I hope never) I would only use Hansen’s! Not one thing was damaged or broken.
