  I rode with this service for the first time. When I got into the car, I was asked if $25 would be okay for the charge, I said yes and that I had $40 (two $20 bills) if they had change. They said yes and we went off. Then, when we arrived at the destination, I was only given $5 change. I pointed out that I was told $25, the change should be $15. The man then said that no, the ride would be $35. He called in his dispatch, who initially said $25 as well but then changed his answer to $35. The man ultimately gave me an additional $2 back before I left the car. As a woman, this sucked. I do not recommend this service.
