  Hansen's Moving & Storage is full-servuce. I took over 9 storage units in 3 different locations in Bakersfield after the passing of a family member. I live out of state, so I needed a lot of help. Hansen's visited all my storage units, packing their truck with 1) Things to ship to my home, 2) Things to donate, and 3) Trash I had failed to account for a box that needed to be shipped within California, rather than to my home in Colorado. I called, asking if it was possible for that one box to be found among the others and shipped to a different address. All the answers to my asking for help were, "Yes, of course." The process of transferring the 4 vaults at Hansen's into my name was very smooth. Over the course of a few days, I worked with Crystal, Darcy, and Quentin in the office and Joseph, Gilbert, and Chewie "on the ground". They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

  Quentin, Andrew L., and Jorgie were all very professional and easy to work with. I spoke to Quentin to schedule the delivery and they were very flexible and accommodating. Andrew and Jorgie delivered and set everything up, they were very thorough in asking how we wanted the furniture set up which was awesome. They were also very quick! Would definitely work with them again if we ever needed to!

  I am very impressed with Hansen's Moving & Storage. I traveled from out of state to Bakersfield to help my mom and brother go through my deceased uncle's storage units. Hansen's was by far the most friendly and helpful storage company that we worked with. Joseph and Gilbert pulled everything out of the units for us to look through and patiently waited for us to decide what we did and didn't want to keep. They are moving the things we want to keep and disposing of the things we do not want, not only from the storage units my uncle had through them but from the other units as well. Hansen's couldn't have made this process any easier and I'm very grateful for them.

  Gilbert and Joseph are pros. They had everything available for us to look through. I was sorting through things as the trustee of this person's estate after his passing. They did all the heavy lifting. They were very patient, I didn't feel rushed at all looking through everything. Hansen's made an appointment to pick up everything from several other storage units to discard or donate and was also available to ship things I wanted out of state to my home. I haven't paid for any of this yet, so I don't know how much it will cost common nor do I have any other to compare it to, but they made it so easy, taking care of everything. They were a great source of comfort in the face of a daunting task.

  I cannot thank Hanson’s Moving and Storage enough for the incredible service they provided. Especially our guy Joseph - thank you for everything! I traveled to Bakersfield to help my mom sort through her late stepbrother’s belongings—a task that was both emotionally and logistically daunting.
