  My driver was such a kind human being. He took me to the vets and got me a walker I needed after my foot surgery. After arriving home I found a dead skunk that my dogs killed in my apartment 🤢, the gental man kindly removed it with my grabber tool and tossed it out for me. There was nothing I could do about the situation and I am so grateful for his kindness. Talk about going above and beyond….. He was my hero that day and I will call the company to send him a well deserved tip. Bless his heart. ❤️ I think it was Rodger but I will find out for sure

  We scheduled a pickup for my Mom to move her from Ventura, CA to Atascadero, CA.  I called on Friday for her to be moved on Saturday.  I was given a quote and accepted, gave them my credit card information and thought we were set for Saturday.  After the initial call, I received numerous calls saying they had misquoted us and the price was going to go up almost 40%.  I told them we were desperate to get her moved and to go ahead with the new price. They called again and said they would split the difference with us. Everything was agreed upon.  Then no one showed up on Saturday to move her. After calling them I was told that they couldn't locate the driver and would keep trying to find another driver.  They were never able to provide the transportation.  My 87 year old Mom had already been checked out of the facility she was in and due to Covid, couldn't go back in so she was literally left outside until we could get another means of transporting her.  This was heartbreaking to our family.  They did refund the charge on my credit card and called to apologize but apologies didn't help us on Saturday trying to find a way to get my Mom moved.  If you are going to use their service you better check, double check and triple check that they are going to have transportation there for you.  I will never use them again and do not recommend them.

  Best Transportation Service on the Central Coast. You will be pleasantly pleased with there professionalism. They are efficient & timely. Top of the line. Great first experience.
