  Polite group of three. One in the truck most of the time and two moving items. They did not put down floor runners. If you own Ikea furniture it is not covered for damage and they damaged quite a bit if ours. They also gouged the hardwood at the top of the stairs with a not so heavy smaller upright freezer. I think with the same item they gouged the brand new linoleum flooring at the bottom of the stairs. I think one guy was newer and had to be told to stop rushing. Some wall dings and corner paint removals. We had a family member use these folks a couple times and a friend (smaller moves) and they were happy but we wouldn't go back. 3 stars as a courtesy and no point filing a claim at this point. $1150. And a $100 tip but it would have been more. We plastic wrapped our couches and moving bags for mattresses. Most furniture wrapped. I think they should look at floor runners and removing drawers on dressers so they aren't as heavy to prevent wall damage or damage to the dressers.

  The two gentlemen I had doing my move were amazing!!! So polite and kind and they worked HARD!!! I'm very happy with the move they did for me!! Highly recommend!!
