  We booked with Buhlers for our weekend move , and when I say incredible is an understatement, we had one of the best experiences with Matt, Brian and Alex. They were efficient, careful, friendly and overall could not have asked for a better move to ease our anxiety! Would HIGHLY recommend this crew for your next home transition ! Thanya & Cam

  I would love to do two reviews. Because I would give the owner of the company Sue a 5 star for how lovely she was. HOWEVER, this review is for the actual movers. They charged more than what was quoted even though we finished earlier, didnt put items back together that they had taken apart, found out my bed frame they put back together was missing items (found out when I went back to the original house to pack a few small items that were left). They charged me for over an hour before they even showed up, yet told me they "weren't charging a fuel charge". They dropped and possibly damaged a few of my items, I'm still going through items so not 100% sure yet. I dont know it was overall very disappointing.

  Buyer beware. We relocated from Calgary to kelowna, after reluctantly agreeing to a price it seemed to be difficult to get straight answers from them. During the move the broke a stair in our current rental and refused to compensate us or even work with us - we lost our entire damage deposit because of this. After moving away from our furnished house and into our longer term house noticed alot of things missing- luggage, boxes etc. Items damaged during move as there was little to no care taken during the move. Extremely disappointed, after the stair problem decided not to pursue anything further as they clearly didn't care. Spend your money elsewhere.
