  Dave and Ivan helped so much with my move and made it a lot less stressful! the truck was suitable for the amount of stuff I was moving and had room for more left over as it is very spacious, they have everything you need to move with all the tools For the trade plus the muscle 💪

  Review updated below. I tried to avoid the public shame game.... but here we go due to the callous and dismissive email I received shirking any blame from the damage their workers caused. The guys were fun and helped me out tons! Thank you sirs! *** UPDATE *** So whilst my initial experience with the guys was great, my subsequent experiences with the company itself has been atrocious. There was damage to my items in the move... Not UNEXPECTED... But not expected to this extent. So full disclosure, I am a handicapped person who needed this moving assistance. I have moved myself all my life leading up to this, but since becoming physically disabled, I needed to trust someone else. So let's begin! 1 - Headboard uprights are snapped (fricken MDF products). But this could have been avoided had the headboard been packed standing up proper. NOT UNDERNEATH two MATTRESSES AND A BOX SPRING and other items on top creating a weighted situation that snapped the vertical legs to the headboards. 2 - 55" Samsung TV....... they packed the TV stand butting into the SCREEN of the TV unit. There was a blanket on it, sure. But when you add a pressure pointed spot like that to the screen of a 55" TV.... What did they expect. When I tried turning it on, it just sparked at me and fizzled out, and you could see the circular outline where the screen was getting pressed in from the end of the TV stand. 3 - My butcher block table took a small scuff.... not so worried about that one. Elbow grease and sand paper, done. I list it though to give the full scope. After reaching out to customer service to air my grievances, they tried to brush me off with a form that would pay x-amount per pound of the damaged goods. Now, I dont know if you know this about TVs these days, but they're light. And they're 2k a pop. So this form would have paid me out what, 200 bucks? Maybe? And the mew bedframe was about 2k also... that'd get me another couple hundred? No..... that's not ok. When I was abled, I was able to move countless times in the last 2 decades.... no damage to anything. 1 TIME with this "Help"....... around 4k in damages. No no, this isn't ok. I have given sufficient time before updating this review, and you can be sure to see this else where..... but not that I have been given the whole, "You only hired us to pack, you drove it down yourself, so you clearly broke it." Nah, I'm done. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Or at least avoid the Kelowna Division. They'll break your stuff and leave you to sort out the mess without a care in the world for the financial strain it will put upon you to fix. 10/10 for niceness of the employees who were there... Nice enough that I gave them gifts of items that I wasnt sure what to do with post move. 0/10 for execution.
