  These drivers roll into a 55+ neighborhood with a 20mph speed limit doing close to 30mph. Have called and complained to dispatch but it seems that they don't do anything about it. Next call to PD!!

  It only takes one driver to ruin your day as you head off to a doctors appointment with my 97 year old mother. Once inside this medical transport van it was so disappointing to see how dirty and foul smelling the van was. And to see the driver trying to fuss with the radio was not a good sign as soon as we drove off. He was more concerned with the radio than his driving that he drove through a stop sign with a on coming car that honked his horn at the the van. I had to yell stop, but it was too late. His apologies mattered not. I am so thankful that the oncoming car did not hit us. And according to him his navigation was sending him in a direction through a dirt road. I had to use my navigation to get us to the doctors appointment.

  I live within a couple miles of the Hospital and used this service this last Wednesday for a round trip to the hospital. I was charged $89.92 for the two trips. NOT cost effective. Suggest if you live on a budget you find some other way to get to the hospital.

  This company really cares about their customer! On time every time! whenever I need an appointment for Dr. always request this company, being a dispatcher from Las Vegas...the drivers dispatcher are on spot bravo to all!
