In Phoenix, Jeanette and Heather were always on top of it, calling and emailing me to make sure things are clear and there are no questions. Both teams, the one that picked up and the one that dropped things off were professional and extremely helpful. My stuff came earlier than I anticipated and I was informed of the arrival ahead of time... what can I say? I'm very happy with the service. Moving is never easy but these guys made it bearable/less stressful.
