We just needed our Fridge moved upstairs. I thought this was a really solid company. Prices were great and they showed up and got the done quickly and efficiently. However there were a couple mishaps that we noticed, the second two after they left. #1 Two of the workers were quiet rude. My wife could overhear a conversation of theirs while they thought she was in the other room with the baby, and they were just kind of mean. Christian (the third guy) was very nice and helpful. #2 the newest guy threw a drill on our brand new wooden table and took a nick out of it. #3 they needed to take the front door off on order to fit the fridge, but they didn't put the door back on correctly (put back on crooked). I needed to yank it open and slam it shut with my shoulder. My poor wife couldn't enter or leave without me. Since I'm not handy, it took a trip to Home Depot, and a screaming baby while my wife held the door while I drilled it in properly.
Now I understand that these were small issues that could easily be fixed for some people. Since I was happy with the overall job he guys had done, and very impressed with Christian. HOWEVER when we called to inform them of the problem they caused (mainly the door), and I left a voicemail, they never answered. They never called back. And they have refused to answer when I tried 2 more times on two different days and times. Poor service. Don't avoid the calls. I would appreciated it if they just owned it and fixed the door. Since we payed in cash there is no way to dispute charges. BEWARE.
