  Used Elite for an out of state move. Our lead mover Frank was outstanding! Great communication. Hard working crew. All very respectful, professional and careful.

  We moved 2 blocks, and the guys managed 2 truck loads of packing and unpacking the trailer in 4 1/2 hours! Everything went smoothly, and the guys were nice and polite. Would use again.

  Jacob and his team were great! We didn’t have high hopes that we would be able to find movers the day after Christmas but Jacob made it happen! His crew was very polite, worked quickly, and got the job done! We had no complaints!

  I am leaving 3 stars because the movers themselves were nice guys and worked very hard. However, one mover was unable to help towards the end of the job, and because of this, they were not able finish the entire job. I was charged incorrectly, and they ran two couches into the wall bringing them in, damaging the wall and dirtying the couches in the process. The guys were very apologetic and told me they sent photos to their boss and he would reach out the next business day to send someone over to clean them. Not only did he not reach out, I sent several emails and left voicemails, all of which were unreturned. The problems with the move itself are one thing, but the lack of customer service is another. I would not recommend and will not use them again.
