His crew of three were very polite, diligent, and patient.They took time needed to carefully wrap, pack, and transport each item. I would definitely use them again.

He was always quick to respond and just had that down-to-earth, “we got you” kind of energy. On moving day, Chris and Preston pulled up and it honestly felt like I had family helping me move. They were cool, respectful, and worked hard the entire time. They handled all my stuff with care but still moved fast and got everything done extremely efficiently. The whole experience just felt genuine, not like a typical company just trying to get in and out, but people who actually care about doing a good job and taking care of you. If you need movers, I’d 100% recommend Jubilee City Movers. Great people all around!

What if the number of items changes between the estimate and the move day?

A long carry situation arises when our movers need to transport items over an extended distance from the residence to the truck. This can be due to limited parking availability, lengthy driveways, or specific building layouts.
What if the truck cannot park close to my home?
Our team will work with the available access. Please note that any delays resulting from parking limitations or access issues will be included in the billable time.
Do I need to reserve parking or obtain permits?
Yes, clients are responsible for securing necessary parking permits, homeowners' association approvals, or elevator reservations. Please be aware that any delays caused by missing permits or access issues will be reflected in the billable time.
Can the movers stop at a storage unit before going to the new house?
Certainly. Our movers can load items from your home, make a stop at a nearby storage unit, and then proceed to the final destination. You will be billed for the time and mileage used. Short distances, such as a mile away, typically have minimal impact on the overall move.
