We used Jubilee City Movers and are very happy to recommend them. Chad was very professional and caring in planning out each step of our move. His crew of three were very polite, diligent, and patient. They took time needed to carefully wrap, pack, and transport each item. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently! We needed movers on short notice and they were able to accommodate our tight time line. They saved us a lot of sweat and sore muscles getting everything loaded up! Definitely recommend!

I am so appreciative of the support, compassion, and kindness I received from Neal, Billy, Maria, and Chad. I am new to the state moving from the West Coast. They were so helpful to me and provided an easy transition even with the hiccup from the company that did my interstate shipment. They were understanding and efficient. I also liked that they move (figuratively and literally) with integrity. Having moved multiple times to 5 different states, this is the first time I can truly say my experience was an A+. They even provided me with a local recommendation guide! You should book them without hesitation. :)~Dr. G

Man, I can’t say enough good things about Jubilee City Movers. From the jump, Shane made everything super easy and stress-free. He was always quick to respond and just had that down-to-earth, “we got you” kind of energy.
On moving day, Chris and Preston pulled up and it honestly felt like I had family helping me move. They were cool, respectful, and worked hard the entire time. They handled all my stuff with care but still moved fast and got everything done extremely efficiently.
The whole experience just felt genuine, not like a typical company just trying to get in and out, but people who actually care about doing a good job and taking care of you.
If you need movers, I’d 100% recommend Jubilee City Movers. Great people all around!

Frequently Asked Questions About Jubilee City Movers
What makes Jubilee City Movers flexible compared to other companies?
At Jubilee City Movers, we pride ourselves on clear communication. Our team anticipates changes, adapts to our customers' needs, and maintains a strong focus on safety, transparency, and professionalism throughout the entire moving process.
If we move less stuff than what was estimated, does the price go down?
Indeed, it does. Our billing system operates in 15-minute increments, ensuring you only pay for the actual time used. If your move requires fewer hours due to items being removed, stored, or sold beforehand, your final cost will be lower than the initial estimate.
What if the number of items changes between the estimate and the move day?
This is a common occurrence. Inventory often fluctuates due to decluttering, staging, storage moves, or new purchases. Our team at Jubilee City Movers is prepared for such changes and will adjust our approach based on the actual items to be moved on the day of relocation.
What should be packed before the movers arrive?
Prior to our arrival, all loose items should be securely packed into boxes. This includes decorative items, paperwork, toiletries, pantry goods, and various household belongings.
What items cannot be moved by the movers?
For safety and legal reasons, our movers are unable to transport hazardous or flammable materials (such as paint, gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks), open liquids or chemicals, firearms or ammunition, important documents, cash, jewelry, or medications. Clients are responsible for personally transporting these items.
Do stairs affect the cost or duration of a move?
Yes, they do. The presence of stairs and multiple floors can extend the time required for the move due to safety considerations and increased labor. Our billing is based on the total time worked.
What is considered a "long carry"?
A long carry situation arises when our movers need to transport items over an extended distance from the residence to the truck. This can be due to limited parking availability, lengthy driveways, or specific building layouts.
What if the truck cannot park close to my home?
Our team will work with the available access. Please note that any delays resulting from parking limitations or access issues will be included in the billable time.
Do I need to reserve parking or obtain permits?
Yes, clients are responsible for securing necessary parking permits, homeowners' association approvals, or elevator reservations. Please be aware that any delays caused by missing permits or access issues will be reflected in the billable time.
Can the movers stop at a storage unit before going to the new house?
Certainly. Our movers can load items from your home, make a stop at a nearby storage unit, and then proceed to the final destination. You will be billed for the time and mileage used. Short distances, such as a mile away, typically have minimal impact on the overall move.
