  The guys helped me out so much! They helped me rearrange the furniture in 3 rooms. It involved swapping furniture between 2 floors, including reassembling some of the items. They were patient with the placement of furniture, including repositioning to assure rugs and furniture were balanced for placement in each room. They were very helpful, kind and respectful. I highly recommend them and their company. I’ll surely be passing around their business cards!!

  I cannot recommend Pink Zebra Moving of Mobile highly enough, they truly deserve every one of these five stars! From the initial quote to the final box placement, the entire experience was stress-free and seamless. The team arrived exactly on time, professionally presented, and ready to work. They treated every single one of our belongings with the utmost care, ensuring all furniture was wrapped and protected, and fragile items were handled delicately. They navigated tight corners and stairs effortlessly, and nothing was damaged. What truly set them apart was their friendly attitude and clear communication throughout the day. If you are in the Mobile area and need reliable, careful, and efficient movers, look no further.

  This company — and especially this team — exceeded every expectation and made the entire process unbelievably smooth. Dylan, the Lead Packer for my move, absolutely killed it and delivered 150%! I cannot thank them enough for getting us into our new home and going the extra mile at every single step of the way. 10/10 recommend if you want a pro team to do a pro job!

  Management forgot to update us that our start time had changed, which caused panic for 2.5 while we couldn’t get in touch with anyone and thought they were no-shows, but once we got that sorted out, Noah and Dylan were fantastic. They were very friendly, efficient, and informative throughout the process. This review would be one star lower for the failure to communicate our time change and the difficulty getting in touch with anyone at the company on a weekend (and subsequent stress), but the movers were so good that I will give it another star. As long as you verify your start time on the closest business day to your move date, I’d recommend them still I suppose.

  I’m honestly really disappointed and upset about my experience with this moving company. What should have been a simple move across the parking lot turned into a 9-hour ordeal. Many of my things were already packed and organized, yet the process dragged on endlessly. Afterwards, I went back to check my previous apartment. There were multiple items that were not packed up. When I started unpacking, I noticed scratches on multiple pieces of furniture, my dresser was broken, TV scratched , and worst of all, I realized I’m missing some items that I know I had before the move. It’s a terrible feeling to see your belongings treated with so little care. To be fair, the managers have been very responsive and kind, and I appreciate that. But even with their follow-up, it’s still really hard to see my things damaged and to know that some of them are gone for good. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
