  Not high end or super techy, but this airport has the most amazing personnel willing to help you. I loved the camaraderie and welcoming experience.

  Airport is small and clean. Tsa is super quick walk through. There were a couple vendors open at 5am...grateful for that. I heard the new airport will be opening in 2027 and there will be more direct flight options, which would be nice.

  I don’t know why this airport is still in business. There is one food court that serves only greasy and fatty foods and most of the employees that work there are extremely rude. The employees at the check in counter are extremely rude as well and act like doing their job is a complete inconvenience. I had an awful experience with Tammy Staten at the delta counter, and after speaking with other delta employees during my 6 HOUR time at the airport, I gathered that most people had similar experiences with her. Tammy needs to retire or find another field of work where customer service is not required. Other notable things: Hardly any outlets anywhere to charge your devices. Only at specific tables and some of the outlets are so old that the plugs to no stay in place. Every outlet in this airport should be changed and updated to new outlets and more outlets should be put throughout the airport as well. Also security? I didn’t see ONE security officer my entire time I was there. I will avoid this airport. It does not fit my needs and I wanted to express this for anyone else possibly wanting to pass through here to be knowledgeable.

  Ill try to keep it short, if you come across a middle aged woman named Tammy at the front desk, avoid her like the plague. She's incredibly rude, not friendly at all and wont work to help your family in need of getting a new flight. We made the mistake of checking in 3 minutes late for my wife's flight home and she began lecturing my wife who's with my 4 year old son about how its not smart to have an early flight with a toddler and was asking why we were late. She then gets new flights for my family that gets them home at 9pm, mind you this was at 530am. Upon talking to other employees, they discovered Tammy could have booked an earlier flight to the same location and didnt for some reason. They all said they have had multiple complaints about her and they were so sorry that they upgraded my wife's flight for the inconvenience. Sounds like this a normal occurrence and not just someone having a bad day. Tammy is a great example of what not to do while working in the service industry.
